How to Use: 
Take 80 grams of Nam Phrik Ong curry paste and stir-fry with 150 grams of meat (pork, or chicken) until cooked.
Then add in the tomatoes and stir-fry until softened, then add 25-30 ml of water and simmer until the water is reduced by half.
Then add chopped spring onions and taste, then season to taste. Let cool and serve with vegetables and pork rinds.
