Directions

* Put lemon glass, sliced galangal and kaffir lime leaves in the 500 ml of water and add fermented fish intestine till boiled.  Filter and take only the boiled soup.

* Dissolve 1 pack of curry paste in boiled soup and follow by 500 g of vegetables.

* Season and need with few tamarind paste and palm sugar.
