1. Blend 1 pack of INSTANT LAAB with 500 g of minced meat thoroughly.
2. Fry 10 g of garlic with 2 tbs. of cooking oil till slightly yellow, the put the mixture from (1) + 100 ml of water, go on flying until cooked.
3. Season to taste with salt, sprinkle with sliced spring onion, coriander leaves, Vietnamese coriander leaves and spearmint leaves, serve with rice and fresh vegetables.
